Manufactured from the legendary  Kommerling 70mm connoisseur Gold Green-Line frame-work which is Europe’s no 1 choice, delivering durability, strength and a superior high quality  sheen for years to come.

With a choice of over 100 different styles and openings together with a wide range of Georgian bars (which can be surface mounted onto the glass surfaces for a more authentic appearance or inserted into the sealed unit cavity for ease of cleaning), lead designs or bespoke bevelled glass there is design to suite every home.

In December 2009 Finesse’ casement windows were awarded the new Energy Rating of A+ (the highest achievable rating) and from October 2010 every replacement window has to have minimum of a C rating.

As part of our advanced security specification – all casement windows are reinforced with a combination of aluminium and galvanized steel and are fitted with bi-directional, multi-point mushroom headed bolts with night vent position, hinge clamps and anti jemmy wedges to deter even the most well equipped intruder  (with an optional upgrade to security laminated glass).

All first floor habitable rooms are fitted as standard with an egress hinge in the event of a fire – this type of hinge opens to nearly 90 degrees and also releases to allow easy cleaning of the outer surfaces from the inside.

Other optional features include dummy sashes for equal frame alignment, trickle vents for permanent background ventilation and new PVC-u internal cover sills.

****NEW LEGISLATION****

In line with new regulations as of 1st July 2013.  CE Marking is now mandatory.  All complete Windows and Doors manufactured by Finesse come CE Marked and copies of our Declarations of Performance can be forwarded to you on request.  Please contact 01228 522581 for copies.
